IMPORTING IMAGES FROM YOUR DIGITAL CAMERA--
Adding Images From Your Digital Camera to the ImageStrip
  1. Set up your camera and take a series of pictures. (Follow the directions provided by the manufacturer of your camera.)
  2. Connect your camera to your computer.
  3. Click the Camera button in Canon Creative.
  4. The first time you click the Camera button, you will be asked to select a camera source. Canon Creative accesses your camera software so you can establish the required settings.
  5. Select and load desired images through your camera software.
  6. When done, the images automatically appear on the ImageStrip in the order in which they were taken. You can now use them in any application.
    Note: If desired, use ColorDesk Photo to adjust the appearance of the images. Then, replace the original images on the ImageStrip with the adjusted images. (The "Adding images to the ImageStrip" topic provides more information.)
  7. Open the application of your choice (in Canon Creative, click the Start button) and drag-and-drop the images from the ImageStrip to the workspace of the application.
